DADDY BEAR WEEKEND

Is it Christmas in July? Halloween? Is that the Easter Bunny? What the hell is going on? Dad has pulled out all the decorations and has clearly lost his mind and made his own summer holiday, DADFEST!

About this event

Dadfest is a celebration of, you guessed it, daddies! And we celebrate with pool parties, BBQ’s, and great music all weekend long at the CCBC Resort.

Poolside lunch BBQ on Friday, Saturday and Sunday is $5, or free with a Gold/Silver pass, or room.

DAY PASSES AND WEEKEND PASSES ARE AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE ONLINE OR AT THE DOOR.

Most of our guests stay in hotels nearby because the CCBC generally sells out well in advance. If you want to be on the waitlist please call the resort.

We have trails to explore, grassy areas to relax in, dark rooms and outdoor play spaces, and much more including hot tubs, a steam room, and cold plunge waterfall.

• 10AM-8pm Dad’s BEAR NAKED Pool Party with the DRY HEAT DJ CREW
• 1-2pm Daddy’s Hot Meat Lunch Time
• 7pm-9pm Dinner Break
• 7pm-9Pm MEATY BITS: A Bear Variety Show at the RUNWAY. $15 TICKET REQUIRED, NOT INCLUDED IN THE DADFEST RUNPASS. 2 DRINK OR FOOD ORDER MINIMUM. DOORS OPEN AT 6:45PM, SHOW AT 7:15. GET THERE EARLY FOR BEST SEATS AND TO ORDER BEFORE SHOWTIME!

SUNDAY

• 9pm MAN CAVE MOVIE TIME IN THE POOL AT DARK – BLACK MIRROR: JOAN IS AWFUL – GLASS ONION: A KNIVES OUT STORY

How many attend? Western Xposure’s Dadfest is one of our best parties, and biggest of the Summer. We often see 800+ people through the doors over the four days of the event.

What’s the event like? It really is whatever you want it to be. Our schedule is only a guide all the things you can do here. You can go as fast and hard as you want, or take it easy and get some sun. It’s up to you. We don’t have any interruptions or shows, we just let the event roll on. So strip down, eat, drink, relax, and enjoy it.

​TICKET INFO

If you have a room at the CCBC Resort it includes two free event passes. If you have more than two people in your room you will need to buy a Gold pass for them.

Anyone not staying at the resort will need to purchase one of the event passes below:

GOLD PASS: All Four Days $195

SILVER PASS: Three Days (Fri-Sun) $150

SINGLE DAY PASS: One Day $60

GOLD & SILVER PASSES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING

• 12 hour access to the resort each day
• Access to all parties in the resort day & night
• Access to all amenities in the resort (pool, steam room, hot tubs, nature trail, etc…)

ADD-ONS

WEEKEND CABANAS – reserve a cabana for the weekend for you and your friends to use 9am-2am . Cabana’s include a 10×10 pop-up shade canopy on the grass with two chairs (you may bring extra chairs). Decorate it! It’s your spot Thurs-Sun. Cannot sleep overnight in the cabana. No power is provided. Solar lights are allowed.

*You must have a ticket to enter the resort along with a valid ID and proof of vaccination for Covid 19.*

This LGBT+ event is both body & sex-positive and is primarily for men in the bear community who identify as-or-with the men in it. Chasers welcome! You do not have to be a bear to attend but you must be respectful of everyone and treat people with kindness. We reserve the right to eject people who violate this safe space. Attendees are allowed to be fully nude but it is not required, only encouraged.
