If by any unfortunate reasons, you are not longer able to attend our events, after you purchased the tickets, we will be happy to refund them till 24 hours before the event starts ( Eventbrite Fee not included )

In case of Covid infection, we can refund your ticket/s, till 5 pm of the same day of the event

( in this case we need a copy of the negative test and ad copy of your ID when you submit the request ).

All the refund requests, need to be made through the Eventbrite website,
